The animation of this is just really good I enjoy it... I really want to be a animater but I'm only 12... :C
you can start animating at any time, I downloaded a program when I was twelve and started animating then. I'm currently saving up for a drawing tablet, and im 14.
I started when i was 8. Theres literally no reason why you can't start now. Animation doesnt require someones age, it just requires dedication. There are many free programs avaliable like movie maker or firealpaca.
