You guys are so brave going up there, oh my goodness. I sure do appreciate your efforts, it has been marvelous watching these fascinating birds. Well done guys and thank you.
When was this filmed?.As the Hawk and Owl trust said they could not ring the Peregrines this year as the ladders were deemed unsafe. They certainly look sturdy in this video.Even so what a lot goes into looking after the Peregrines.Well done.
I have a feeling that this was in the year 2000, the Millennium Year. The trouble with wooden ladders is that they have a serious tendency to rot, and that is then a serious accident waiting to happen in the tallest Romanesque cathedral anywhere on the planet, at 96m (315ft) tall. A fall from up there would be fatal.

Brilliant. Thanks for posting that. I've always wanted to see inside the spire.
OMG my stomach is churning over !
What a hike, but thanks. I`d always wondered how you got up there.
It`s a real pleasure to watch the peregrines.
A beautiful Cathedral fit for a great nation.
Wow it's so lovely
Was that a bird on the floor moving at 10:32 right before he went inside the door?
how did you manage to cope with the clock chiming
