Technically disability could be considered a disease, but so what? Why be cruel to people? Where are these horrible people coming from? I can tell you right now. I will ALWAYS take threats of a lawsuit as an empty threat and ignore them. The only way I will take a threat of a lawsuit seriously is if I am served papers of a lawsuit. As a good 90%+ of lawsuit threats amount to nothing. Plus for Karen thinking she can sue OP and her business. There is NOTHING OP has done that would warrant a lawsuit. So the chance of Karen actually getting a lawyer based on facts or the truth is next to none. The health department may request an inspection. But if everything is in order. Then OP has nothing to worry about. Plus the media probably wouldnt do a story or report on Karens lies as they are unfounded and dont matter for the media. OP could have called the cops and gotten her officially and legally trespassed so if she tried to step foot into OP's business. She could, possibly, be arrested. As for Karen going to jail. There is a good chance she could be as she is now looking at criminal charges for her failed disability lawsuits. Sounds like Karen purposely targets businesses owned by people with disabilities and continously makes scenes til she is kicked out/banned from the business. Then she gets a lawyer to go after the business for some sort of disability discrimination claim. When it comes out either in court or with the lawyer that she doesn't have said disability and that she was kicked out/banned due to how hateful she was being.
If I saw someone bullying a disabled person, no matter where it was, I don't see how I could keep from getting in their face and making their day a bad one. There are a lot of cowardly people out there who just watch and look uncomfortable, apparently.

How is the "disability' of having one leg shoter than the other even a problem. it make buying shoes more challenging, but in reality, you are not missing limbs, they are just a different length.
