@Kld4402 Thank you. I gotta get my track work fixed. It's a mess and most of my engines are derailing. Unheated garage cause all sorts of track issues.
Good review the only thing I noticed that was weird is the beginning of your video. The video was backwards. I mean when you looked at the Local motivate Illinois Central Word was backwards. I don’t know if there’s a fluke in your video or RUclips cause that but I noticed that a lot of videos on RUclips stupid videos are backwards, I don’t understand what the problem is. Also, when you videotape the ditch lights flashing, I wish you would’ve done it facing the locomotive instead of like a sight angle, cause it was really hard to tell the flash if it was really accurate or not
@MrBillCNW yes so what happened is you are technically looking at two separate videos recorded and put together. YT flagged a portion of the video so they blocked it. Still not sure why. There was a car going past that had music so I'm thinking that was the issue. I then recorded another small video from a different phone because the original video I had already deleted so I was unable to go edit or alter it. Plus that phone battery died. I have another video posting today that hopefully will show the ditchlights better. Sorry!
As far as programming, you might need a booster. I had the same problem with all my locos with ESU decoders. I bought the tsunami programming track power booster and problem solved. It's only $50.
@ronaldbrooks5982 what you mean? And why? I'm new to setting CV values. And my throttle only seems to work partime lol. I have a programming track but for some reason I couldn't set individual address to the engines so I left them alone for right now
@@Chitwn81 The problem are the adresses between 100 and 128, they can be stored in the decoder as short adress or long adress (depending on the DCC-programming tool), and if the DCC-module calls them in the wrong mode they engine will not react. An adress outside of the range 100-128 will work. (Or CV-direct programming)
They are works of art!
@@Shaken_AND_Stirred I agree
Those are bad ass in a classy way. Real cool, never seen that scheme before.
Just picked up my Metra's from Lombard too!
Good looking layout sir.

You're not alone, bro! I also have my stuff coming from Lombard Hobbies. Some BN Commuter E9s and a bunch of Metra cars.
Man, Rapido Trains is breaking my pockets lately, too!
Blackstone is breaking mine. I changed over to HOn3. But..I love it.
Coupla beautiful units.
Yes they are 😊
Sounds are awesome. Love the cab light too.
Beautiful, and right out of the box!

Lots of enjoyment and relation in a small package. 🙂
The ditch lights are sweet......so cool on an E unit....there MUST be a way to get the headlight to oscillate tho.....need that.

@@Chitwn81 No problem. I just wanted to point that out. And thank you for your efforts.
Bought my Metra set from Iron Planet hobbies.
Illinois Central, Monday morning rain, three conductors, 25 bags of mail.
Rapido Locomotives play nice together no speed matching needed.

Make sure you set cv presets like the GP 38

Do they have that cab control? Thanks!
