    -The Mysterious law of karma-
    It's very essential to know what is -
    -Right Action
    -Wrong Action - mostly we are in this
    -Inaction
    Every sec of our life we are doing one of the above mentioned.
    Our Mind always need something to munch upon, it is always hungry.
    Appetite of our I(Intelligence), E(Emotions),S(Sexual) centers are always there that we must understand with open mind, without being judgemental. Mindfulness is needed, to see things as they are. To feed mind with what is satvik & ignore everything else as you ignore poison.
    Buddha never put Anguli Maar down, even tho he was a criminal, a murderer. Anguli Maar said ruk jao buddha, i am gonna hunt you down. To which Buddha replied, Main To Kab Ka Ruka Hua Hu, Chal to tumhara mann Raha hai, bus tum bhi ruk jao ab, kitna chaloge. This made his mind stop ultimately.
    -Mysterious is the law of Action
    Most difficult is Resistance, this happens whenever we want to change our habit for good, like eating healthy food, skipping fast food, sensual gratification & all.
    This internal resistance is like a Tug Of War, this doesn't go only with willpower. When you fight with yourself you certainly lose.
    Then you fail again & again then as a result you even give up even trying.
    -What you need is try again & this time be conscious about what you choose, as the choice is always yours, no one is forcing you except you. Just replace it with the right one, slowly & slowly, no need to hurry. Make your steps smaller, divide them into small pieces, one step at a time. Be aware of your choice, be mindful, take your time, act like a Buddha.
    - Zen yoga: it's the right way of living.
    Generally we skip corrective methods if we are not a yogi.
    Like
    Eating your food
    Eating your thoughts
    Eating your emotions
    Eating your sexuality
    Impulses we get either satisfying us or irritating us. Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga is just a way to regulate these, by applying corrective measures, being disciplined, and doing sadhana.
    And if we don't regulate then we are always stuck in this volcano, where we are out of control & no peace.
    Impulses should be taken in a regulated manner, with us being the controller of them, not the other way around.
    Ask yourself can you really regulate your thoughts, emotions, reactions & how ?
    When you play a blame game, get angry with others, can you regulate it & give it a new perspective, which is solution based, helpful to you & others.
    Kya hum apne thoughts ki andhi ko rok sakte hai? Yeah through Zen yoga.
    But for this first you have to ask yourself " Who Am I"?
    Why do I get impulses & then get lost in my emotions?
    Am I this body & mind only?
    If yes then nothing is possible.
    But if you take yourself as Aatman(spiritual being) then every possibility is there to become a Buddha. You need to create that now, it's always your choice. The seed is in you, now it's your responsibility.
    Do remember every thought comes from a seed, and that seed may oray not be of satvik quality. So focus on the seed, the root cause of the problem, attack there, not the thoughts. Thoughts/emotions/reactions are just the reaction to seed who have sown consciously or unconsciously like ego, greed, lust & all.
    You always have a choice between wrong or right action. So choose consciously next time. Be conscious of your own reactions to others & your own self.
    We always have unique independence at every moment, to see whether it's right or wrong action & to make a decision that full further define our reality. But we give up on ourself very easily & never see what's there in front of us & act with ignorance, be in Nasha.
    Only that person can know himself who don't let his emotions/reaction affect other, but turn within & study them, regulate them. Instead of expressing them outside, use it inside to grow, be meditative.
    Wouldn't it be life changing then?
    -Whenever you are irritated or angry you say something & you forget while saying it that your ill words gonna be the impulse to others, to whom they react, now it's like a Tug Of War, battle of EGO.
    It's all an appetite to our Mind/Body. Coz it's a seed, which you are feeding through your reactions & all & making it grow.
    Unless you get enlightenment your Mind/Body feed upon these things(IES), best we can do is provide them satvik, apply corrective methods, and be meditative & mindful of our choices.
    By feeding with these we either get-
    1. Enjoyment
    2. Irritation, like smoking a cigarette for the first time, we get irritated but we keep continuing it, it becomes our habit & them we take joy out of it & make our life hell.
    E(emotions) & S(sexuality) isto make use evolve, that's what we forget & get stuck in these, over do them.
    Why do we forget?
    Coz he haven't chosen a dedicated life, we are living just like an accident, feeding on sensual pleasures, nothing else.
    -Buddha said everyone will get enlightened someday, it's just a matter of time or lifes, some take 10, some 100, some 1000 lifes.
    So why not go for enlightenment in this lifetime, why prolong, why choose suffering over ultimate bliss?
    Whenever our mind takes an impulse, firstly it decodes it. After decoding it will create thoughts/emotions which lead to action or it will bring clarity out of it which leads to understanding thus creating a Right Action.
    Always ask yourself Who Am I?
    To whom thoughts/Emotions/dreams are happening?
    Clarity is must, don't force yourself or others into something.
    That's the work of clarity, understanding.
    -There is always a right way to go through (IES) appetite/hunger which will bring you closer to your own self, to peace, to bliss.
    Right action always frees you, brings clarity, peace, bliss to you & to this whole universe. Wrong Action always keeps you in confusion, makes you ignorant.
    Corrective methods are needed to distinguish between these two. Like 3 step breathing, being mindful of your actions. Be disciplined
