Step 1: Y-Scale -2, down arrow -1
Step 2: Y-Scale -2, Down arrow -2
Step 3: Down arrow -1
Step 4: Go to Presets and you can choose from the eyelashes pointing down or the eyelashes pointing up, then after you made your choice, click Up arrow +1.
Step 5: Y-Scale +2, Upper Arrow +2
Step 6: Y-Scale +3, Upper Arrow +2
Step 7: Adjust the eyes to where they were originally!
