How would you bring this multimode synth into your rig? Semi-modular, Eurorack, or beyond - let us know in the comments! And be sure to check out more Moog magic at Sweetwater 👉 sweetwater.sjv.io/Moog
The Moog Frustration Generator never quite delivering anything gratifying Hopefully they correct this with a magnificent synth called Labyrinth that truly conjures the magic of Theseus and Minotaur and Ariadne and Phaedra!
The first version was more authentic to the story, but they couldn't get the sound out of it... the signal would just keep getting routed around inside until the Minotaur killed it.
Clearly aimed at the "modular mindset" crowd. While I do think there is decent value for money here I also think you are better off just going fully modular. You would be out half again more to cover everything here, but then also have a lot more capability. Normal pathing is nice if you have no intention of ever going down the modular rabbit hole, but if you do this is not the best entry point.
Hmmm... I'm confused. Based on all of the patch points on the right, what additional pathways could you get if every section of Labyrinth was a separate module?

The way you made it "speak" at 10:15 is fascinating and terrifying

@@spyltf not every section a separate module, but a set of modules which replicate the range of capabilities plus a fair bit more.
