Real fast, I know some of you think I use fabric softener for my pillow cases and that is false. I use free and clear detergent to wash my pillow cases and NO fabric softener. I do use softener on my covers and those do not touch my face. Please understand acne has a LOT to do with genetics and not what the person may or may not be doing. Thank you.

I just hope that Chloe understands why the dogs are so different and that locket has more calm temperament from the breed she is. Essence is part Australian shepherd which is a working breed, mixed with the poodle her temperament should be less intense but she will never be the same as locket. She will likely need more work, exercise and attention.

Vinegar is a natural cleaner. I personally don’t use fragranced products because they’re major endocrine disruptors, can cause lung cancer, thyroid disease, etc.
Lysol and Bleach are extremely harsh chemicals. Vinegar and essential oils all the way (or at least something natural like Seventh Generation cleaning products)

Previous accutane user, twice. Make sure to always use aquaphor on the lips & moisturizer, you’ll be super dry. My side effects were dry eyes and headaches. My acne came back after 2 years both times. Lmk if you have questions!

@@calelastyles825 because all it does is shrink glands to keep them from leaking bodily toxins. It also stops the production on oil secretions. Once it’s stopped it the body continues to do what it’s meant to do. Essentially, this medication is a long term thing and it has side effects. Like organ damage. It can cause unbalanced hormones, permanent vision damage, and scarring.

Hi, girl!!!! Vinegar really does not stay lingering after u use it. It is the safest cleaner to clean with than any of the cleaners with all those chemicals that can harm your lungs
If you have cystic acne I recommend using benzoyl peroxide face wash which you can get on Amazon’s and if not use a glycolic cleanser , thanks to my esthetician my skin is healing .

Pro tip- Always dry your brushes down. This prevents the water from loosening the glue on the brushes. (Makes them last longer).

After the holidays, my face had a bad flare up. During those times, I think most of us freak out and start using a lot on our faces and we should do the opposite. My advice, only take it if you want to, in the morning rinse your face with luke warm water, gently pat the water on your face (do not dry your face with a towel or anything, most things in a bathroom have bacteria which you dont want on your face) and put a layer of moisturizer on (I'm using the aveeno one in the jar, super soothing and not irritating). That's it for am. In the pm, I gently cleanse my face (also the aveeno one from the same line). Then I do a mask with a TBSP of plain Greek yogurt and 1/4 of a green tea bag. I open a tea bag and sprinkle it on the yogurt. Mix and layer that on my face, especially on the affected areas. It feels amazing, it's cooling. Then I jump in the shower. After I am done with my shower, i repeat the same steps I did in the am, rinse with luke warm water, pat the water gently on my face and moisturize. That combo restored my skin in a few days (after having a bad flare up for a week). Hope this helps someone ❤
Keep the yogurt mask on your face while you're in the shower and rinse when you come out. That's how I do it but you can do the mask whenever. You can leave it on for 10-20 minutes. Just dont let it dry out. Rinse it off while it is still moist so you dont further irritate your skin. The mask will leave your skin feeling soft and a bit oily but that is amazing if your skin is irritated and especially if it is dry.
Another tip, if you have the time, retrace your steps. If you had clear skin, what did you do/eat/change recently that may have caused a change in your skin. For me, I get reckless around the holidays and eat things I shouldn't. Ex. chocolate, greasy foods, a lot of bread, a lot of sugar. Those tend to be my biggest triggers. But it could be anything, food, makeup, skincare, you name it. We all dislike flare ups but we should take advantage of those times and get to know ours skin and bodies better. Like that we can try to figure out our triggers and hopefully learn to prevent our flare ups.

You really do have beautiful skin, I used to struggle with acne and cystic acne when I was an adolescente and continued on during college. I would always remind myself that I have beautiful skin. During those unpleasant years. I would use Almay clear complexion acne concealer and Bobby Brown hydrating moisturizing cream. Those two were my acne weapons and witch hazel as my toner. I'm thankful that I had a lot of patience with my acne. It took a long time to clear up until I hit the age of 30.

One thing that worked for my skin and has kept it clear since is using PanOxy as my cleanser then pat dry with a paper towel not a regular towel, then apply a thin layer of different acne gel all on my face except around my eyes, the. Wash my hands and apply aquafor around my eyes and apply the Aveeno clear completion moisturizer or the oil free sensitive skin neutragina facial moisturizer. This has helped especially when I had hormonal acne.

All u gotta do is spot conceal ur acne spots. Just get a full coverage pot concealer and cover most of ure spots n set with setting powder and than go over with bb cream but before all of that apply moisturizer + face primer
