Fifa 20 - Heading is an absolute disgrace. Free header in the box and 99% of the time it will not even be on target and the 1% it is on target it goes right into the keepers hands.
Unless its computer scoring
They were too overpowered in FIFA 19 and needed to be nerfed, but in classic EA style, they never have a medium point when doing so.
Just use L2 it works fine and watch always the player movement but still the game so shit.. I mean worst game to pass .. they trying the make it realistic but this is a fucking game not real life it doesn't work EA
And corners suck too
I have 93 UCL Ronaldo as one of my ST with shevchenko, they have 116 goals between them in 62 games all Rivals and Champs,they have a combined 2 header goals and they’re both Ronaldo. Crosses are horrible, it always go right to the keeper and the 2 headers Ronaldo did score were early balls in and he just did what Ronaldo does but other than that, crossing stat is the most useless statistic this FIFA.

One change I really hate is the removal of practice arena/training mode. I used to be able to practice all kinds of scenarios imaginable in a game of football. Scoring in a 2v4, defending a 1v2, attacking and defending set pieces.
The skill games try to make up for this but they're not as good as you simply pressing the select button to access a menu in which you can decide whether you want to practice set pieces or determine how many players you want to have in respective sides.
For fifa 20, op 1-2s with op attacking runs just make me want to swallow a razor blade

You forgot that overhead kicks where fucked in fifa 19 for a while. I had Vincent kompany of all player score an overhead kick against me
Low driven shot were Great Imo, since it was a mechanic that let you score consistently from good areas. In fifa 18 there was also a driven chip shot and rabona chip shot that let you score some really COOL goals if you mastered them
You seem to have forgotten how op drag backs are in Fifa 20

FIFA 16 was my favorite FIFA, then 12 and 14 follow closely. FIFA 16 meta was near post and swaz long shots
Fifa 15 was the best in my opinion, it was very well balanced and using skills moves was viable if you knew the right time to do so, making it fun to play most of the time.

One thing that is very unrealistic and I don't see many people complain about it is the speed and the general playstyle of the game. I'll explain. In FIFA, the pace of a player is always the most important attribute. The gameplay idea of EA is to play super fast unlike PES. So, players thay are actually very good irl are very bad and almost unusable in FIFA. Players like Grealish, Schneiderlin, Abraham, Arthur, Modric etc, players that are slow, arent very useful because the game is fast and you have replace them with worse but quicker players. Somehow, every 85+ pace player is a beast in FIFA. Also another negative in CM is that the players start to decline drastically when they hit 29 years old. In some cases is true, but not always. Some players hit their prime at 30, like Modric, Rakitic etc. Physical attributes take a massive hit, and as I said previously, physical attributes are the most important thing in the game

Fifa 14 I hated lobbed through ball when defending. Defenders always move forward. Near post goals was also a thing in fifa 14.
Fifa 20 - tackles are useless, a ball roll can make your keeper turn into a 2 year old, headers are useless, scripting, low rated keepers being better than higher rated keepers, drawbacks being the new la croqueta.. do I honestly need to go on?
I never got why narrow formations were so popular in FIFA 17. I played 4-4-1-1 and this was the FIFA is was the best at. POTM Son and IF Mane were ridiculously OP in that game

I loved Fifa 11, but the game isn't great indeed... it's just my own nostalgia with it cause that's when I got into the franchise for real.
But if you think this company started being shit nowadays, there was a Fifa (circa 2005-07) in which you'd score from midfield if you shot from a certain range and shot power cause they made an animation for the GKs to just accept the shot into his net
