If you play out from the back as the manager insists, then you need players that are comfortable on the ball. Only Cameron looks half decent in that respect, w e need a centre back who has played at a higher level, and two young fit full backs.

I don't think the players are good enough. I think the midfield and the forwards are, but the defence needs to be gutted and rebuilt.
