It is the Extra Story mission from DLC Extra Pack 2. The level is called “Champion of Change”. You gotta choose to change history alongside Fu with Goku as your Partner in order to fight him eventually in his Ultra Instinct form.
@@MrTron2008 the story will appear as a Time Rift which appears in the Time Nest. When you go there, the Extra Story missions will begin. And when you finish those missions you can play them again by talking to a robot named “Tokipedia”. 👍🏽👍🏽
Good luck grinding to get all the skills and unlock everything, I had to replay the whole game when I switched to Xbox and it took me months to get everything I had in my Playstation

Just wait for the Black Friday or the Holidays discounts, the game gets pretty cheap by then, that’s how I was able to buy it with almost all the DLCs
