Never forget how i bought my "bates -On the run book" in the old Uprock Store in Dortmund City. It was so inspiring. I think one reason people keep writing is that it brings you immediately into the present moment and out of stressful thoughts. It is very meditative besides of course expressing your creativity.

I was taught to not bring sketches to the walls or go off references because you will only be disappointed, But Bates makes it make total sense by adding to the sketch 🙏
