i've always like sailor mercury. she never solves problems with violence and often puts her needs behind others. it's too bad the show is only about usagi, i would've loved to see amy's issues about self sacrifice get resolved. people who talk shit about her can fucking fight me, mercury is just as amazing of a sailor soldier than jupiter or mars is

I was 10 years old when I first saw her first transformation sequence on free tv... and even I had to say, "I can't believe the tv regulatory board allowed this to fly!" She had the most revealing transformation sequence.
you know why the classic is always better? from the BGM to the finishing flow... because it looks simple and neat , not that much redundant and cumbersome processing

Amy's zodiac sign is Virgo and that's why she is Sailor Mercury, because Mercury is the ruler planet of Virgo. But the element of Virgo is Earth and not water so she rather should have attacks somehow related to Earth. Rei's zodiac sign for example is Aries, Mars is the ruling planet of Aries which makes her Sailor Mars. Because Aries is a fire sign, Sailor Mars attacks are related to fire.
