Depends on the hardware, wait at least an hour more, if it is still on 20%, go in windows run cmd as admin and type command sfc /scannow, and check if there is any pending update. You welcome ❤️

There is a tool called "SDI Rus." i use it personally when installing systems. It's like 20GB software that has all the drivers for everything 😅
