As someone who has been playing this, since it has been released you would do better to run skill drain as it doesn’t affect you at all, unless you focusing on your link monsters, but shutting down your opponents typically is better. In addition, you can use rainy to bounce skill drain if it is turn in which you would like to use your Omni negate. Also, no rivalry of the war lords is weird although I assume for this meta that people are just playing monotype decks, which could be the case for not including it. You only need one thundery and one rainbow two thundery at most but cloud can easily bounce back those canvases, so having so many really just makes you take up more space.
With the legendary 3 floodgates all limited this was the first deck that came to mind since it can play all of the remaining good ones (Skill drain, D fissure, even necrovalley if u domt mind not using the field spell)
