Liz surely didn't look like a woman who was getting ready to tell a man he's the father of her baby, and then he says someone else tells him he's not the father. If Jason was really the father and she was getting ready to tell him....she should have had a more shocked or disturbed look on her face IMO. I think she lied in the elevator cause she wanted Jason to love her.
@GHERFAN I agree with you!!!! That baby is Lucky's!!!! Elizabeth said it herself when Jake was taken by the Russians and she was talking to Patrick about Jake. Elizabeth told Patrick all the things that Jake does including that he likes to get into things! That sounds exactly like Luke!!!!!

I still think Liz was lying! I don't think that baby is Jason's. Plus, they never showed the test results so the writers can always change it!
