@@brandonvillarreal43 great question so I had to go to home Depot and get a washer the size of the back of the cap so the tricky part is how you wanna adhesive it because it can't be permanent in case you have to change the rim or flat I chose to use clear tape cause you can't see it and it holds well. All I did was tape the cap to the washer. I had the washer already bolted on the axle then taped the cap to the washer..
