Council approval was granted in 2018, Winvic began construction in 2019. Huboo and Furniture Box were the first two tenants. Two units along M4 were constructed under separate planning. From the property sales page, the main road and roundabouts are Council adopted and good on the manager acknowledging it was public. 👍
@Busterpoo1964 thing is, you can record or take pictures, what you cannot do is upload pictures or videos without there permission, so the guy going around going ooo I hath a drone I can be a nuisance and ooh laws says I can do this ooo laws says I can film, theoretically he is breaking RUclips guidelines by recording people without their consent and uploading videos for monetary gains means theoretically people in his videos can sue him
It’s funny as soon as someone speaks but hasn’t a clue it’s usually so obvious i just laugh inside it’s not worth getting a conversation going. Ps: poor security hasn’t a clue and the only use he was is when he straightened the parking sign.
Email beforehand or just turn up on on future industrial properties and get questioned why, your seriously just tryna get awkward clout as the kids would say
