Something to note about Jamal Murray is that a good chunk of those games that they lost without him they were also without Jokic because they would cycle rest games together earlier in the season, that and the fact that most teams decide not to play too hard when they have a top 2 or 3 player out as to not risk pushing anything over a single win in the regular season, I don't think the with or without Murray thing is that much of a problem. But without him I definitely wouldn't be nearly as confident in Denver regardless, though even without him I'm not sure if there is any team I would straight up pick over them.

his second mvp he was the sixth seed with the 2nd and 3rd best player on his team missing the entire season, averaged 27 14 and 8 on 66% true shooting, beat wilt's single season PER record that was standing for 60 years, somehow had a +6 plus minus for the season (luka this year +4.6) and led the league in every advanced stat imaginable, his on-off numbers were also historically great and way better than luka this season
and perhaps as importantly, he didn't have the same competition as luka has this season.
