    I need to be less of a slacker and regularly do breathing exercises. I love how you often remind people during your videos to check on tension. I tend to hold tension when I sing higher notes.
    I usually practice singing 4 days a week, plus attend barbershop rehearsals one night a week. I also do Pilates for 30 to 45 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. Important to have strong core strength.
    My voice has significantly improved over the past 12 months.
