Good! There is nothing more beautiful than seeing people move in to their new good-looking, good-quality homes. ❤ I learned newly built residential buildings are called 'novostoikas'. And I learned in Russia 160 million m2 of NEW residential and commercial real estate were built in 2022, despite sanctions. 👍👍👍👍👍❤ That data is from the website mosbuild.
I'm from Serbia, I love Russia and I have a question: how many Russians live in khrushchevkas vs novostoikas vs brezhnevkas vs houses? 🤔 I watched videos of several pro-western, liberal Russian youtubers (NKFRZ/Roman, Niki Proshin... etc), they claim (almost) everybody in Russia live in khrushchevkas, but when I travelled to Russia in 2021 and 2023, I haven't seen many khrushchevkas? 🤔My rought guess is that 40% of Russians live in novostoikas, 40% in brezhnevkas, 15% in khrushchevkas, and 5% in houses, based on what I observed, and I visited several suburbs of Moscow and St Petersburg.
In English version of Wikipedia I read the article 'Moscow Urban Renewal Initiative': 5000+ khrushchevkas in which 1.6 million people live are being demolished in a program that is being implemented in Moscow till the year 2032. Those liberal Russians don't ever mention it. That article also claims there are similar programs in other cities, but without much details. Do Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh... and other cities really have similar programs of demolition of khrushchevkas and building of novostoikas instead, like Moscow? 🙂

Thanks for your comment) I would say that people have to trust only verified sources (Wikipedia is just rubbish, nonsense, trash). Frankly speaking, I have no idea how many russians live in these kinds of buildings (in percent avarage). But I see how new residential complexes raise in many cities of Russia (like mushrooms). It says that more and more russians starting to live in a new good-quality homes , it means that quality of russians becomes higher and higher. What about sanctions? I think it's just dust. Moreover, God will put everything in its place

@@thetravelandrelax-inspiration Yes, I am glad to hear that there are a lot of new residential complexes raised like mushrooms in many cities. ❤ I learned in Yekaterinburg some kind of new district for 300.000 or so people is being built. Akademichesky district... or something like that, I'm not sure for the exact name.
