The walnut shell sculptures are quite impressive. Makes me remember myself, as a kid, carving bars of Ivory soap into heads/faces using a serrated steak knife from the kitchen drawer. Most of my carvings were pretty good, I thought. Not like the ones shown here, mind you. But, not bad for a kid.

First video shown, yes I have made it with milk. Whenever we had a family get together, I always had to bring the deviled eggs, probably because they’re very good or nobody else wanted to do it. There were 35-40 people there so it was a lot of eggs! 🥚🥚🥚So one year I made a giant deviled egg using milk and gelatin in an egg shaped mold, bigger than a football. Used yellow frosting to create the egg yolk part and sprinkled it with paprika. Looked like a giant deviled egg. I used it as the center piece on a platter surrounded with the real deviled eggs. They ate all of the real ones and one of my nephews came late to the party and he was going to eat the big one until I told him.
Real yoghurt is made with milk and beneficial types of bacteria that thicken and change the flavor of the milk - I used to make homemade yoghurt all the time. If you look at the ingredients that are in most yogurt these days, it's usually either: 1. what they show here - milk JELLO in which they use gelatin to thicken the milk, or 2. milk JELLY in which they use pectin to thicken the milk. Sometimes they add the beneficial bacteria to these types of "yogurt", sometimes they don't, so if you're eating yogurt for the beneficial bacteria, make sure it's actually in there, and try to buy "real" yogurt - you can tell it's "real" if there's no gelatin or pectin in the ingredient list.
