The joy of the Lord is our strength and he gives us peace that transcends all understanding. As we choose to remain in that place, praise and thanksgiving is a natural flow, and every chain will break. Praise BEFORE the breakthrough.
The struggle is REAL!! If we’re honest, All of us find this verse challenging bc it’s not easy to “count it all Joy” during a trial/difficulty-- thank you for being honest about this. “Shifting our focus” can also be challenging- I’ve seen this turn into false piety or religious performance. God Forbid! That Joy only comes from knowing Our Father, the King and Creator of the Universe is able to do exceedingly abundantly MORE than we could ask or think ❤🕊️🙏
