Your exactly like me james and nobody understands! I'm currently on anxiety tablets for panic attacks and anxiety and they sometimes help, and yes you have too be around good people and not fake people cause they will make your anxiety worse. Some days for me it's good and some days I can't cope. And your my no 1 fan bloody amazing performer you are james.
I'm a Social Worker and its fantastic that famous people show that there just human 2. And that they share the story's. This is so important for others to talk about it. Love and connection are the 2 most important words in life. Love this guy!

the only reason as to why am in a better mental state is because of James,i was slowly drowning but i came back to life.Still work in progress but am in a better place now.i love him with all of me.
James i thank him so much he talkes so openly and i finally managed to open up it did not go the best and idk what the next steps are my parents thinkim faking it but they did not know what im going through what do i do i and i dont want to put in on my freinds
James i really appreciate your answers here in the clip. I find it very interesting that you are an advocate for speaking openly and honestly. I absolutely love that you have your feet firmly planted on the ground and you take the time for all the "groups" of people and challenges. I wish I myself had the opportunity to have such a talk with you because I love to learn and to understand how I can feel with anxiety (just an example) and then to what you briefly touch on here in. how much your fame could also "trick" your anxiety. I know of course I never get the opportunity for such a talk but I just have such a desire to ask you if you could use / used humor and self-irony when you were having a hard time. so example then I am big (so only the wide way🙈) girl / woman but rest in myself because I know What i stand for as a woman, and Thats why i Can make jokes about myself sometimes. But di you luse u but I also have some form of social anxiety, and I absolutely love you mentioning the importance of talking about things. openly and honestly. I hope you never change ... 🙏 And of course keep on going strong with songs and lyrics 🙏❤️
