Hair and grease clogs are a mess. I wasn't interested in paying about $100 for someone to come out and rod our line so I searched online for products that others have used that worked.
We did the baking soda and vinegar method and it worked briefly. The clog came back.
After doing some research online we found Instant Power. They had a lot of positive testimonials.
We purchased Instant Power at Home Depot.
Now on the bottle I believe it says to let it sit for 7 hours. I guess that depends on the severity of the clog. My husband poured this down the drain and within 30 minutes the clog was gone. We have not had any problems with our drain.
I highly recommend this product.
