Why does you app constantly log out and then not remember login details? This happens all the time and there are reports of it all over the forums and your own help site..... FIX IT!
Gotta love this "too many attempts" after 1 wrong login try and those 13 unexplainable hours of waiting until program let You try again... And then even better- customer service asking You to install "Team Viewer" or other programs letting them control your PC! XD I have it for 2 yrs now, won't buy another period for sure. lately Surfshark has been logging me out on my laptop computer... I did not do this myself and have to login using the code over and over each time it does this... how do I make it so it does not do this?

Hey Surfshark! I paid for a 3 year subscription in Feb. 2021, I have my password but cannot log in because now I also need a code. I tried that code but that dinna work for me. I guess I have to kiss that Surfshark goodby, because your tutorial is a bit much for this old geezer. I think there are some other VPN's on the market.
I had the issue that I just couldn't login using the browser extension in my brave browser. Windows and android app worked fine though. What I did to fix the issue, I used the windows application to connect to a vpn server and while being connected, I could also login my browser extension. Disconnected in the windows app after that and now I can use the browser extentsion without any problem.
Hi, I have just paid up for a 2-year subscription to SurfShark VPN on 29 Sep 2022 for my iPhone 13 ProMax. So far, I could not log in to my account. It says your subscription expired on the same day as I purchased my subscription and the status didn't get updated so far. The support team is unresponsive to my innumerable messages sent through their website from the iPhone. I have even requested to refund the amount if the application has issues with iOs. Still no response. Could someone from SurfShark take stock of things and respond to the customers' views? Thank you.
Hi.This morning wasn't any issue to log in my pc.I was in work and when I back I can't login and the first time ask me a password and email address.I always connected( not log out) but today is something changed.The funny is my phone is still connected.Looks it's not working.Pathetic
By far the worst customer service to date. Locked out of my account on my Mac but my password works on my phone. Password reset email not sent and the so called 24/7 customer service is an automated bot which they are busy. I regret paying for over 2 years of this disservice.
surfshark always asking for email and password! I find surfshark is off line a lot as I have to re-enter email and password at least 3 or 4 times a week on all systems using windows. Never android.
