Hates Spyderco, owns three PM 2s, lol.
The “scratch” on the back of your camo PM2 is actually copper from the rivets of your jeans rubbing off onto the DLC coating. You can get it off with a little oil and elbow grease.
I would love to hear what spyderco has to say about the pocket clip issue.
the pocket clip thing might just be you getting unlucky i bought 2 and have had no issues flipping them and no side to side wobble
I've taken apart probably 50 Spydercos, and I've never stripped a screw head. If it feels tight, get out the heat gun. And yeah, as others have said, get Wiha bits.
Wiha makes a good Torx bit, I haven't stripped a screw since.
If that's a DLC coating on your normal pm2 try rubbing the "scratches" off, you might have rubbed it against something metal, and the metal dust is on your DLC coating.
If your torx bits are warping, and you're stripping a bunch of screws, you need new torx bits, lol. Get Wiha. I've stripped one spyderco screw out of the like 30 knives I've disassembled. Also that clip thing is impossible if you're tightening the screws enough, just physically. If you get nicer bits, you should be able to tighten them more than enough to stop that.
All in all, every problem you have with these knives is using poor tools to maintain them. lol
I didn't realize they did them in s30v......I have the tanto but in M4.....and it's beastly steel..... love it!!!!!!
I bet that scratch on the back of your OG blade came from the buttons in the corner of your jean pockets. I’ve left these marks on blades too
Maybe somebody already
Mentioned this, "Blade Ops" has a PM 2 variety as well. Would you do comparison on that? It's a Emerson wave edition with some thicker blade stock. Would love to hear your thoughts.
Pm has Military in it witch I think tanto blade is perfect because some people still carry a knife for self defense at the same time as with cutting stuff. So a tanto blade is perfect for self defense.
Now 2 years later and I just bought a dlc tanto for almost double, they’re so hard to find. 😒
Look to see if the g-10 and liner aren’t lined up or the g-10 did get completely milled out in the tip up screw holes. Never had that issue with tip up.
I never had problems with striping screw dosent matter if spyderco or other knifes and I have no wiggel on any on my spydercos
Dictionaries are cool!
You should get one.
You know Spiderco doesn’t want people to take there knives apart right? They use red lock tight
Not for their newer ones
Not anymore, that was in the past
They made a pretty big deal about it when they dropped it, all newer production spydercos have no lock tight at all.
😂 the tip is to fine. I own a pm2 a Benchmade griptilian with aluminum scales and I finally settled in the 940 it will be here tomorrow
Are paramilitary bulky in the pocket?
why do you open and close them like that😂😂i dont wanna seem rude but you got arthritis?
Weird, since 2011 I've had about 25 different pm2s cause I was a habitual exclusive chaser then when a new one would come out I'd sell the old and I never had the pocket clip problem
Do knife collection 2021!!!!
love your content bro could you upload more plz.
I take all my pocket clips off, just sayin!
Hey look he uploaded
U can't help me find a pm2 tanto
Benchmade just gives me the fizz. So much cooler and thicker tips Classic
You watch wranglerstar by any chance lol

2...
I think you need to buy better tools or maybe it’s just that your a tool 😂.
I’m not even a big Spyderco fanatic.
As far as blade shapes they all have a purpose, if you know how to use a knife.
All aside I still gave you 👍🏻 up.
Yea i agree the clips/ clip screw holes have problems but overall great knife. The tanto sucks and we can all agree on that.. lol
