  • In this video I'll show you how I support my tomatoes in my raised garden bed. Supporting your tomatoes with this type of trellis will keep them off of the ground. This is important, because it reduces rot and insect infestation, as well as keeping them cleaner. This type of trellis encourages better air flow around your tomato plants, which will promote healthier plants with less disease.
I have used this method to support various vegetables for many years with excellent results. Once you buy the two things needed for this trellis, you can continue to use them for years to come. This garden trellis can be used for green beans, cucumbers and any other plant that could use the additional support. This support is fairly easy to install in a matter of minutes, and once installed, your tomatoes are tied to it you're done. As your plants grow, you only have to weave your plants thru the trellis with no additional tying of the plant.
Here is my video about the trellis used for Green Beans: • Easy garden vegetable ...
The post I use are 7' T-post. There are also shorter versions if you don't need the height. Here is a link to them: www.lowes.com/...
Here are 2 links to the panels. I have not used the ones from Tractor Supply but they look nicer:

@@DIYwithWayne ,hi! I thought I had a garden until I saw yours. 😊 I have not been feeling well so I planted some peppers, herbs, and strawberries in pots but the with so much rain nothing sprouted. I am going to try it again with seeding from the garden store later this week. I'm not sure if I told you that I purchased the battery hand saw based on your review and I don't know how I lived without it. All that time without one, I worked harder than I had to! It's a great tool.

We're so sorry to hear that you are under the weather and hope you soon feel better. We are also still impressed with that hand saw. Thanks for being a continued supporter. Take care of yourself and good luck with your new garden.
