It is very difficult to become consistent in this game. Once Kismet goes back to his double neg form they will be over. I think Faze takes it if they can overcome their mental block

Out of the 6 series they played all weekend none of them were close! It wasn’t just champs Sunday momentum. They were consistent and slamming half the league all weekend including FaZe & Ultra! Optic had the champs Sunday momentum for their legendary major 3 win. You can’t compare the two

Everyone forgets that NYSL threw their major 3 match vs Optic. They win that and people would have talked very different about them going into major 4.
The team coming from winners having 0 advantage is actually kind of insane. Faze vs NYSL map count in this tournament was 5-4 in favor of Faze yet they lost. LB team gets to play more matches sunday and build up momentum too.
I mean to counter Ben’s argument about mvp on the best team goes hand in hand with the nba jayson Tatum didn’t get mvp even though his team was clearly the best team but had other players on his team that lifted the team so high

what issue? the fact they consistently make grand finals? sure it's not great that they have a bit of a mid-record in finals but i wouldn't consider that an issue.
League is highly competitive with solid teams and great superstar players on the top 4 teams, Faze arent gonna win every final, hell the fact they make the final so consistently is actually incredible.
I think people way over hype them not winning all the finals they are in like its a bad thing, imagine being on a team so consistent you are playing every sunday and making it to the majority of the finals. Ideally, they'd transition more of these finals appearances to wins, but its not an issue that they dont lmao
@@Jockuptown I disagree. This isn't just a small sample size, and they are not losing these finals as underdogs. They are always the favorite, and they've won 2 tournaments in 3 years. I don't care to look up the exact stat, but in the span of the 3 years they have won 2 tournaments, they have lost something like 10 finals. 2-10 or whatever the record is is very abnormal for the best team in the league and it's a big enough sample size where it's not a fluke and it's something worth talking about.

if faze dont win champs i truly think the trio should split. I think cell brings consistency and is one of the largest reasons faze always break into the top 3, but the moment cell isnt dropping a 1.15+ his slow playstyle leads to very little impact on the map and it hurts faze a ton. I can also seeing draz being let go this off season if he struggles again in finals. Simp and Abezy are still locks imo. I also agree fully with Ben. We should have 11 online matches with everyone playing each other. You can try to balance the schedules all you want, but all it takes is one team to massively under/over perform and then certain teams dont get fair matches. Ravens played Boston like once or twice while other teams got like 3+ matches. This league still needs so much work.

The non-fan LAN event like this major played every 2 weeks, every team plays 2/3 matches per event will make for a more competitive league - no excuses on LAN
Yo Aches that defiant game needs a lot of changes. Like changing if from a FPS to FP Ability game. If I had to drink a shot every time one of the mechanics spiders jump on my face or someone drops a shield wall in front of me I’d get alcohol poisoning after just one game. Should be 5v5 and respawn timer needs to be extended. ALWAYS someone shooting you in the back because of these two things. It doesn’t even let you get any map control. There’s like 10 other things but I don’t got all day to talk about it.

FaZe has lost 8 of its last 10 grand finals since vanguard. The trio has swapped arcitys, slasher, and now draz.
