Anakin survived on Mustafar by drawing on the dark side. Obi Wan doesn't have any connection to the dark side, so he would have died if he'd burned instead.

In Star Wars Rebuild the Galaxy it's actually Anakin but as a Jedi named Jedi Vader, Palpatine is the Jedi Master, Dooku is a Jedi(he was one before he turned to the Dark Side), Lando's assistant, Jabba the Hutt and a droid are Jedis
