Useless information . Sue your lawyer on other grounds that will give you access to his laptop, cellphone or other devices he uses. Believe me if he is actually guilty of malpractice you will find it or he will want to avoid discovery if he is indeed masking negligence or deliberate abandonment

I practiced law on myself and won my case years ago. I took an attorney to the Bar Association and won there also. Of course there are various ways to attack any subject matter. While the information provided may have been useless to you and others, there are many people out here who will and can benefit and use this information as a basis to do a deep dive into furthering their knowledge and understanding of law. This was a starting point and stepping stone to greater knowledge for many, thus the purpose of this broadcast was to give insight into the prevalence of legal malpractice and some ways to help others who may not even realize that lawyers can be sued. Thank you for your comment.

My case was a malpractice case in 2009 my husband suffer and aneurysm in his head, he sat in a hospital that wasn't equip to handle his situation so he sat for 4 hours while he waited on Jefferson transport, he finally got there they left his paper work at the preious hospital and went into a comma, he was in a nursing home and back and forth in the hospital where he got a bed sore that wasn't attended to at the nursing home or hospital, so infection sat in, when they finally cleaned it , the hole was so big I could put my fist in it, the day before we were to pick a jury my lawyer called me and said they made an offer, I didn't want to settle and he said if he were me he would settle, that if he knew what he knows now he wouldn't have taken my case, he went from 15,000.000.00 to having me settle for 140,000.00 of course he got almost half of that I believe he made a deal with jefferson hospital, jefferson transport, montgomery hospital and the nursing home and his doctors there. even though the case was settled in 2012 or 2013 this has been on my mind that he did me wrong, I contacted some lawyers to see what I could do and no one would hear me, maybe its to late to do anything, but this has been on my mind and I can;t let it go. Can anyone help me.

Lady James , thank you for sharing this information. I am so sorry to hear of such a horrendous ordeal that you went through. Unfortunately, these are some of the kinds of legal matters that we go through as lay people because we don't understand how to select attorneys that have our best interest at heart. This is why we have programs like this to help educate the public on how to better serve their interest. I wish you the best.

@@Aimed2PurposeRadioShow There are good ones and bad ones plus there are some Charlatan like him who has not conscious of his client, I had a traumatic Brain Injury at Work, I had trusted my attorney and I thought my disability was 13% and they never mentioned my brain injury in the settlement, I could have reopened my case since the new Neurologist wrote a letter to the WC Board that I was not competent at the time of the settlement to sign any contract or settlement, I am 100% disabled as a result of that injury, This guy James was hired hourly to be my Attorney but he took my hearing off the Can]lendar without my Consent and lied to me that the Judge didn't show up at our hearing, Just delays the case and make the money on my case, he charged me $10,000 which I had to borrow from my uncle and he wanted more to do deposition which we didn't need to, I found out later on that he is not a WC Attorney. Because of him I have lost my case. I hope his bad Karma never leaves him alone. The system let these attorneys be a thief, The Judge should have known better, right? Constructive counsel sought for help properly put forth a case, filing complaints with Office of Attorney Ethics and other entities, as well as civil lawsuit for professional malpractice.
Self incriminating evidence attest to attorney’s actions or lack thereof, in part illustrated herein.
A New Jersey Trial Attorney, exclusively handles auto accidents at Brach Eichler LLC, offering skills and resources (herein after attorney/attorney’s) boasts about his accidents expertise, persuades and assures me he has read, learned, understands and knows the case in depth as depicted in depositions/interrogatories, specifically, while stopped at a stop sign, suddenly I am hit by defendant’s SUV, some 1,200-1,400 lb heavier than my vehicle, at about 10-15MPH, impacting at such force my vehicle was pushed 6-8 ft, likely more, scarring me for life with 4 debilitating herniated discs. The attorney will disprove defendant’s claim he was “right behind me and hit me at 2mph, tapping my vehicle as I was inching up and suddenly stopped” and, will represent the case accordingly.
The facts however proved anything but.
During a conference at his offices, upon suggesting obtaining an accident reconstruction expert, the attorney unpredictably and vehemently lashed at me and can be heard aloud, angrily yelling: “you don’t have money for accident expert, and I am not paying for it, I know what I am doing; you have to trust me and do what I say”.
As a client, to prove my claims and disprove defendant’s claims No accident reconstruction expert appeared at trial. Apparently, attorney’s ⃰ acts, admittedly proved costly (⃰ ⃰ see further below).
⃰ RPC 8.4(g): Engage, in a professional capacity, in conduct involving… socioeconomic status, intended or likely to cause harm.
Then, on an eve before court appearance attorney assures me yet again he knows the case, saying: "If he hit you at 2MPH you know what would be on your car? nothing, Your bumper wouldn't be hanging off, his car wouldn’t have a crack on his bumper", and goes on: "So this guy (defendant) tells the police, listen to this, This is how I get him, he tells the police he was looking left and he crashed into you, that's all what he tells the police, that's all of it. In his deposition he says he was looking to the left, thought you left, and accelerated while looking to the left, Great for Us. Now he comes to court and draws a diagram with all these cars behind him? and says I hit him at 2MPH", he never said it in his Dep, he never said it to police, he only said it at trial. I'm going to hit him over the head tomorrow… We'll kill them, we're in the better spot right now then they are".
At trial however, the attorney not only did not present above, but switches collision pictures we discussed at length and agreed upon, to different obscure pictures while I am on the stand, embarrassingly questioning me on pictures we did not discussed. (See emails)
Afterward, to my dismay why wasn’t I advised about this change of heart before getting me on the stand, the attorney: “I showed similar pictures, close enough, I thought my pictures were better than yours”. Not addressing the question.
At trial, it has become apparent the attorney breaches his fiduciary duty, abstractedly presenting the case. Then, accusatorily directing blame at me says on record: ⃰ ⃰ “you did not have an accident reconstruction expert to help your case”.
To inquiries about this perceived misrepresentation/disservice, 1 month after the trial and above declaration: “I'm going to hit him over the head tomorrow”, and for the first time I am learning that: "He (defendant) did not hit you at a high rate of speed. If he did his airbag would have deployed”.
Absent an accident reconstruction expert, a grossly inaccurate statement unfit for an “expert”.
Finally (potentially one for the books), in the email I am also informed that: “If you think the jury would have given you more money based on the actual happening of the accident I believe you are mistaken.”
It is not difficult to discern whether representing “the actual happening of the accident” as the course of action would have rendered a different outcome for the case. The attorney so states, acknowledges an actual and relevant happening he knows about, but did not present at trial. Doubtfully you or I can top such “accomplishment”, but it’s no joke, so say the hurting.
Said herein appear highly improper to which the law provides no remedy. Your input matter; and I thank you for discussing these issues with me as I look forward to right the wrong.

I think he is dragging his feet. He is elaborating on informal situations but doesnt give much context in a formal malpractice setting.
He himelf is a lawyer and they protect one another. Lawyers are buddies that are members of usually the BAR or local Attorney Association. They don't like to file suits against other attorneys.
