In Bangladesh, we make egg and tomatoes too. But we cut the tomatoes in very small pieces and put them in the oil first,then we put the eggs and stir them together. We just use salt seasoning, tastes very good with rice.

Oh and the ladies fingers/okra is shining and the sauce is not watery or unappetizing.

南方很常见，现在北方菜市场也很常见。不够价格贵点。
We call it bhindi(okra/lady'sfinger).. a summer season vegetable in India and very common .. very easy to cook
