Detox was such an important part of my journey. But I only did it when it felt right. I read thousands of messages and one by one read & deleted. Reading it all taught me so much. I did keep a few. But I cried and cried at the beauty & also the struggle. But it was such a freeing process. I then worked through the pictures and deleted the unnecessary ones, not the special ones. At the exact moment I was working through the photos I received my very first completely independent contact from him since separation. Until then contact had always been initiated by me.

We have not officially committed to each other but the depth of what we have speaks more than labels. No deadline, no end result scripted. Unsure if it is reunion or union. Thank you for your video. I was searching about twin flame detox which was recommended by Kurt (today's video) I have been doing good lately focussing on myself and my spiritual journey. However, I always had at heart to send my twin flame birthday wishes, which I did on October 8th. It was polite and respectful both ways but since the only channel available to me is public, I left it as the simple best wishes. The dark night of the soul is of the past but I always notice that each encounter with my twin flame generates some slight physical pain (it affects my arthritis despite being medicated along with headaches) thus the reason looking at twin flame detox. Yet I mostly avoid communicating with my twin flame and media content regarding this subject. I will move away from the twin flame group and devote more time to prayers and meditation. I'm also thinking about going back to fasting. I don't see much else I can do. Funny you speak of throat Chakra as mine is out of balance while all other Chakras are greatly balanced. I understand your point regarding women expecting the men to make contact but it’s not as easy as it may seem. A good man will not want to impose, abuse or harass so we kind of think it is best to wait for our other half to seek out when ready to do so.

I don’t know if my detox is working. Because i was regularly checking on my os if he is fine without any attachment. But he was absolutely cold towards me. He never wanted to talk to me keeps procrastinating if I asked him to call me and never called. So I jus thought that I should not poke him anymore. May be my mesg or calls were disturbing him. And if anytime he wanted to reach out to me he can as I never blocked him. But since 4 months no calls or mesg. He jus checks my snap stories. That to once in 2 days. I really don’t know what’s going wrong. Right now really I m not obsessed about him. My love is the same. But I m happy with myself. But still is there anything wrong I’m doing.???
I try to forget about him but it's so hard we cnt even look at each other in the eyes or talk it's like pure hatred. But at the same time I dreamt of him I literally heard his voice on my sleep, like he phone called me on my dream what do I need to do cause this is tearing me apart .
I’ve been in separation I am the DF. Over giving was my biggest issue. Before separating I told her she could come to Me anytime two weeks of silence then when I asked her a question it was misinterpreted. So I cut off I have been feeling better not obsessive I blocked her on FB ,but she can she me on instagram which I noticed she stopped commenting. Because I always came to her I feel she must show some connection or acknowledgment otherwise I feel it’s just more pushing in a way. I want her to come back ,but not in the same way and if so if not so be it. We are from different countries don’t speak the same language which makes it makes it doubly hard.
