In my opinion dipika is so selfish. I think there is nothing wrong with the ibrahim family. It's dipika only who chose not to talk to any of her friends. And just sink completely in her in laws and husband. She's so damn selfish. Whene she had no one she was all around her friends as she said she was not having a good bond with her parents and sister. If a person changes completely, 360 degrees then you can’t say “mohobbat mein ya mohobbat ne badal dia”. I feel love doesn’t change you, love makes you a better person by bringing out the best in you. It doesn’t change your identity or personality. Also, If you are giving yourself so much to your husband & in laws then they should reciprocate the same too. If you are too engrossed in your marital life then your husband or in laws should tell you spare time for yourself as well, they should encourage you to go out with your friends.
I’d share an incident; A few years ago, I was almost ready & about to step out of the house to go for lunch with my friends & all of a sudden, some of my relatives from my in laws side came over. So my father in law asked me “you’re still home, why haven’t you gone”? So when I told him that since the relatives came so I thought of cancelling my plan. To which he replied, “Beta, they came unannounced. Don’t worry, we’ll take them out for lunch, you go with your friends & relax”
