Watch the video and tell me if average Indian can even dream of such city. Definitely the VDA guys cannot even dream of having these kind of cities. Incompetent, half literate and corrupt people shouldn’t be in charge of beautification projects. I live in Canada and here every project is done in elegant fashion.
