Its unfair to say that hardworking people abroad are insensitive to their families need in the Philippines and they'll just come to their aid when it's all too late. Not all Pinoys who works and live in the US are doing well financially or without any problems or struggles. When they come home to pay respect to their dead loved ones, it means they've spent a lot of hard earned money or loaned the money so they be home and try to help out as much as they can. Vice versa, Nobody from the Philippines can ever help out their families who are in the US when they are sick or had lost their jobs. We are not bad/evil people here in the US, we just know how hard it is to earn money so we have to be smart in spending it..
