I love this song! Kiss The Ground, Leap Of Faith, In The Mirror, and She’s Kerosene are my favorite Interrupters songs.
As a 60's Mod from London and grew up with Ska, reggae and Blue Beat etc. I have to say, "I love it". Vocal is fresh and has a modern feel. Shall be watching ya!!

I found out about them at a Dropkick Murphy show when they opened and this album came out and shes cool in person i still listen to them back to back

A lot of their style of music is all different to me, really; and I could not tell you- most of the time where people borrow some certain influences from. But I remember The Specials like Cary Gerner there. And I hear that too. But anyway I really always love the lyrics that are escorted with the tones the Interrupters play. I don't know who does, any what in creating the songs, and I would assume the lyrics are more what the vocalist writes to the notes playing. I would assume that Aimee is doing most of the lyrical work there, cause hers these things just sound more of her oh soul spent giving. Either way it took me awhile to really actually like The Interrupters as an actual band; because I didn't grow up listening too much of their kind of music, done in this band. It is really fun though; to as actually be turned onto something or onto some side of life that I never associated much with.. And believe me I didn't like Aimee being in a band at first, because she has such a bright star power to her. But the guys and her do a real good job of balancing off each other. Hate to get so serious. As it is really nice to hear a band that really sounds like someone else always; but are really just all of their kind of band themselves. It is really what music should be. Like myself I am in the writing industry: and there I would as love to read people, that read like anything of something that were something that I loved in the past. Oh sad to say there just isn't the type of return like there is in music. There is always books out there that stays the times. Books have gone down shitter lately. It is nice anyway, to hear good souls across in music today, like The Interrupters. There is something something substantive to it all, really.
