NAAD BINDU UPANISHAD IN SIMPLE HINDI PRESENTED BY SVAYAM PRAKASH SHARMA

Naad Bindu Upanishad is part of the Rig Veda though some people assign it to the Atharva Veda. The Upanishad describes Aum as a bird, it describes the twelve aspects of Aum, and the result of meditation on them, the prior actions committed by a person in previous births, how to control the mind through the Naad or the sound, and attaining the state of Brahm are some of the subjects discussed here.
