That bar is a double entendre. Before that line is “empty out my clip never stop to aim”. to bust at someone means to shoot at them (go listen to the skit a minute into me and my girlfriend”. so when he says bust a nut it’s a double entendre for also shooting at someone. He’s a narcissist NY sympathizer, he’s acting like he’s complimenting Pac by saying the outlaws don’t compare, but actually bashing Pac by association subliminally.. He’s actually fooled in his own mind having a NY bias is absolutely negatively affecting his YT career..
Pac definitely helped the Outlaws with their lyrics, he didn't write it but definitely helped them brushed up the rough edges bc the Outlaws definitely don't sound like they do now
This was an ominous song that was released after he died. 2Pac had nothing to do with the video. The other rappers are his group the Outlaws. This was an eerie first presence from 2pac just after he was killed... which was ambiguous due to the name of the album "The 7 day Theory" where he had just died 7 days after he was shot and the minutes in his death time added up to 7.
the video was after he passed, the whole album dropped after he died...its why folks was sayin he faked his death,...cuz make makevelli did, and he named the album after him
I lived it on the West Coast. Young adult in the 90's and Pac was my favorite rapper, still is. I had problems with All Eyez on Me and The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory because of the feature heavy content. Don't get me wrong. I loved the albums but like you I wished for a 3rd verse from Pac instead of the features. Me Against the World was a prime example of what you got when Pac was the prominent artist. I think the few features were more adlib features than real verse features. I mean I know that you wanted to help bring your homies up but I often wonder if it was just so prominent on those later albums because Suge was trying to break the next up and comer for that highly profitable contract since he got em before they was hot. I just don't have a very favorable opinion of Suge and could easily see him doing that kind of thing.
