On the other hand, the TF connection can be one that challenges beliefs and behaviors; triggers wounds and highlights the work that one or both need to do to become healthier versions of themselves- even their most authentic selves. It is also about learning to recognize, give, receive, and spread unconditional love in an effort to raise the vibration of the planet. Although certainly no expert on TFs, I am also surmising from what I have learned, that both partners may need to grow into the healthier version of themselves (one may be further along than the other and act like a role model or teacher for the other); thus the term “mirrors” for each other. With this being said, I agree and hope for all the type of relationship that you describe. But hearing that half of the population is likely not securely attached, many of us have work to do. Although I have done tremendous work on/for myself, I do have a lot more to do before I would consider myself securely attached and at my highest potential vibrational frequency.

wounded, insecure soul, such as my Person, I understand the need for "testing" me, or anybody, especially if it seemed "too good to be true". All that emotion, with doubt being in the mix, can be very intimidating and destabilizing. IMO, it is better to put oneself in the other person's shoes, for those who can take such risks with empathy, and grant them an opportunity to learn something for themselves, which would not leave them guessing had they not involved themselves in undertaking such extreme, calculated action. If it's going to potentially free the person I love from any doubt, mistrust and cynicism generally instilled in them by past unworthy people, and release them to me, I don't only mind having been tested (which I sometimes suspected was the case), but I welcome it. (This is not for everyone, of course. There is a certain degree of surrender, fortitude, and even self-sacrifice involved for the one being "tested"). But trust in the process, and the hope it brings both for my person's healing and for a union in which he can feel confident and secure (which may not have been possible without their "testing" it, and my submitting to being the test subject) far outweighs enduring their "testing", which settles any doubts and opens life up to
accommodate our happy, healthy, "certified" union that can be stamped "SETTLED", once and for all. In such intense cases, it's a win/win.

I told her I am, and I'm highly empathic and can sense and feel the energy of others around me, and that I felt drawn to her energy. My other half (twin flame) has said some things that made me feel like he was trying to get me to not like him. He's mentioned that he's emotionally unavailable & not into the "feminine" energy. This past Tuesday night at work, I started feeling excruciating painful menstrual cramps & I don't have that anymore (54). This lasted for 3 hours, then went away. I'm now thinking that he's been fighting w/the more "feminine"energy he has inside, that night & realized that I was experiencing it as a more physical pain.
