In the 80s when I was a metal chick I use to hear that they were good even people that weren't a Christian liked them I wish I would of listen to you guys back then because I grow up as a Christian child but drafted away because of hard metal and was into those bands but you guys will be great in Christian metal love you Michael you have awesome voice see you in God's kingdom I hope we can still rock out to your music there.

I was there too. The concert tooked place in Anfiteatro Luis Muñoz Marín now renamed Tito Puente Amphitheater. It is a small place in comparison with a colosseum and a stadium just within walking distance. It was a very distinctive feeling. A sense of community and closeness ensued. Every band member performed brilliantly, and I do mean every one of them is pure awe. I wasn't expecting a prayer in a concert, but it revealed that the guys are compromised. This recording's sound is excellent, but the public's sound was felted more lively than the diminished one on the record. Once the concert ended, a feeling of fulfillment lasted. I remember a co-worker and others started to count who went or not to the show, since If you did miss the concert, you missed a lifetime opportunity. In our slang "el concierto estuvo Brutal @ 4:49 ”.

The crazy thing is this: people who make a tour into Stryper's discography and listen to it thoroughly realize very quickly that "Honestly," as good as it is, is not even among their top ballads! In fact Stryper's best music in general is hidden out of sight that one can only discover by going through their albums. Such a shame that a band this incredible isn't on the same level of fame as bands like Metallica and Black Sabbath
Wish I was there to witness the original line up at their prime! Even though Mike tends to be careful around the highs, and the bass isn't given this much clarity, they still perform well today. Stryper forever!
