- DJ Dan has been a leading force in the dance community for more than 25 years and is still turning heads today. Dan's music brings the party to new high levels with his mix of Funky Tech House, Techno and House.
Dan's widely renowned Los Angeles based label InStereo Recordings, has further etched his name into dance music's core for the past 15 years. With DJ Sneak, Antoine Clamaran, TJR, Wolfgang Gartner, Hatiras, and DJ Dan being amongst the many artists featured on the InStereo Recordings, the label is hard to ignore in the industry.
The DJ Dan remix discography includes Depeche Mode, New Order, Tribe Called Quest, Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Groove Armada, Carl Cox, Ferry Corsten as well as creating the Transformers' theme song.
Some of Dan's other major accomplishments include:
Touring festivals around the world including Ultra, EDC, Creamfields, Dance Valley in Amsterdam, and was Carl Cox's choice DJ for his Phuture 2000 Tour in 2000.
Several Radio 1 Guest Spots featured by Pete Tong and been featured by Mark Knight on the Toolroom podcast.
Releases on Toolroom, Pacha Recordings, Ultra, Guesthouse, Work, XL Recordings, Magnetic, Rising, and many others.

When I was at audiotistic here in southern California in 2000, Dan came on at 5am after donald glaude, and went til 7. Everyone was still dancing. He played that filter sweep song. Can't remember the name. And a dance circle opened up even though everyone was exhausted

This album brings back fond memories! Best Track 16:00 . Fun fact, the track is mislabeled on the album. The album says Go to Dance by Louis Botella, but it's actually Strange Day by Louis Botella. Same EP, but they put the wrong track name down.

After listening to this again i just had to run to the basement, pull out the old milk crates off the shelf, and low and behold, i found my original pressing of this album. I was afraid i sold it when i sold my tables... totally regret selling them now seeing how much they will cost to replace.
