I've always wondered how some people gain large followings on the internet. Like, WHY is that streamer your favorite? Or WHY do you religiously watch this person's videos. Some years ago, I was kiiiind of getting into watching Asmr, and had watched a few of Maria's. They were always good quality and nice, slow tempo. Then she posted a 'draw my life' video, I was like, whoa this lady has lived a LIFE. Just the simple act of opening up and sharing her story got me hooked. I became one of those people who continues to watch because she's obviously so good at what she does, duh, but it feels like I know her on some level and that brings me comfort 😊

So I’ve been watching Maria’s videos for almost 5 years now, and I always get tingles. But now I’m 5 months pregnant and anytime I get tingles, my baby kicks! So baby loves Maria too!

There’s something about the brushes darkening the frame and unfocusing and refocusing the lens that is so so so realistic to how my eyes get heavy and unfocus when I’m falling asleep. It’s like a sleep simulation...that puts me to sleep. Sleepception? Love it so much!
It’s hard to find good, calm, SLOW face brushing videos. Would love one in the future with inaudible/unintelligible whispers if you ever had the chance! Love you as always, thank you for the relaxation, Maria!

Being a SAHM to 5, ages ranging from 1-11, no help from family or friends, husband at work full time..the days can be soo isolating sometimes. Maria I hope you don't mind but I wanted to say thank you for your content, in general but particularly during the pandemic. My family are having a tough time with Covid right now and being able to just sit with your videos with earphones in, means that just for a while I get to pretend that things have slowed down and I have time to recharge.

honestly. she’s set the bar SO HIGH for me that i struggle listening to anyone else. however, i did find someone named Jocie B ASMR and she does a very similar style.
@@ratpatooti i'm listening to Jocie B right now and she seems like a great creator but for me she's no comparison on Maria. There are some similarities don't get me wrong... it's hard to explain like but when I listen to Maria whilst doing work (so not watching) it can sometimes feel as though Maria's actually in the room doing the triggers if that makes sense? The trigger sensation I get from Maria is different to any other ASMR creator

This really calmed me down Maria. I’m having an unsettling time at the moment with an STD scare; I’m almost positive I’ll be okay, but it’s the unknown that’s causing extreme anxiety in me (as usual, it’s always the unknown!).... canker sores and herpes sores look the exact same on tonsils, who would’ve known..... I’ll know in a few days, and just remember in the meantime that I shouldn’t worry about what I can’t control at this very moment. Thank you again Maria, I wish you well.

Update: I am okay, and everything came out negative! It’s been a weird past few days, as ive been tested for covid and strep, as well my screening panel and mono test today..... wishing you all wonderful health regardless of any conditions you may have ♥️♥️♥️

I'm so sorry to hear that. My beautiful boy (in the corner of my picture if you can spot his little face) died at aged 18 and I was completely broken hearted. Animals are true companions who love us as much as we love them, and we're so lucky to experience that. It helps me to remember this quote from Shadowlands, 'The pain now is part of the happiness then. That's the deal.' We wouldn't feel such pain and sadness now if the love wasn't truly real. I'm sending you lots of love and hope you find comfort and peace soon. Take care 💕
