when i lost my sense of taste from covid, i ate a lot of fried rice, with just absurd amounts of hot chili oil in it. because it was the only dang thing i could taste.

My mother actually lost her taste of sense and smell pre covid - she has anosmia, she has "phantom smells" that can linger for days

I didn't completely lose my sense of taste. Things tasted bitter but I could still tell what everything was. Lost my sense of smell for just over a week

My fiance lost her taste and smell and still hasn't fully gotten it back. It's been over a month. Ilove her but She has been almost unbearable to be around because of it because it's literally all she talks about 😂 God help me lol
