For the first time I think Melissa missed the mark. Get out was more than implying that whites are more intellectual and blacks more physically fit. More so it implied that whites want to assume many black attributes including physical stature and that blacks would not be protected so they could be taken. Geo was right. This movie needs to be watched more than once to pick up on all of the symbolsim.
Anjunette Kacey I agree, Geo was right. Like he said there's so many hidden mysteries within this movie that it would be impossible to catch them in the first viewing. They just want to shoot him down and think they know every damn thing cause they have a slightly better vocabulary. 🙄

OMG!!! Melissa, when she was dissing women especially black women with the planned parenthood - I looked at her and siad she 100 percent had more than 1 abortion or at least 1 abortion. I could see it in her eyes and body language. I even wrote a comment. I don't remember whose blog I commented on but I did.. I use to work at a women's clinic and I can tell you that so many white girls whose mom's are totally against planned parenthood and strick repblicans but their family doctors are performing abortions right in thier offices and coding it as a life threatening AB.l

Why so much condescension towards Gio' s " Get Out" movie perspective haughty Melissa. Melissa- you are not the only one who have the movie critic of the year. Why have Gio on only to be condescending towards his ideologies. However- I do concur with Gio that there were a myriad of subtle symbolism in the movie which one would have to watch several time. What I obtained from the movie is that Whites collectively are envious of our talent, physical, mental aspects of the Black body, mind, and soul. But- their crazy racism hinders them from seeing us as human and evokes their fears and false assumptions about who we are.Thus- compeling us out of their hemisphere to maintain their illusions. That just on the mere surface because there were more subtle messages in that movie.
