    I love the fact that you show realistic sharpening. I sharpen very similar , it gets the job done. Doesn’t need to be fussy.
    It cool and I guess therapeutic for some to use 30000 grit wet stones and 2 hours of sharpening , but I find those people don’t tend to actually use their knives.
    Great work

    norton combination india stone or norton combination crystolon stone. Please recommend me which stone is best for victorinox knives?

    • @StacyTheRooster
      @StacyTheRooster  4 года назад

      I actually use the Aluminium Oxide combination stone. One side coarse and the other fine.
      "It's the cheapest"
      You can by a stone with India stone on one side and crystolon on the other side.

    Your steeling technique is so cringe. you should be gentle and delicate with your freshly sharpened edge

    • @StacyTheRooster
      @StacyTheRooster  3 года назад

      I do with a normal size steel. This steel is very thin and small. It's made for running. Moving around
