- It's the world's most moist French toast that makes you feel like eating a dessert cake. The outside is crispy and sweet, but the inside is incredibly moist.
Ingredient :
1. 2 slices of bread
2. 2 eggs
3. 90ml milk
4. Sugar, Maple syrup

I’m french and you made this toast very well ! If someone is too lazy to mesure the ingredients you can just put some milk in a plate with one or two eggs ( or without but it’s better with it ),and some sugar mix it together and then soak the two sides of one slice of bread in the mixture. After that you just have to put butter in a pan and when it becomes a little brown turn the bread over until cooked light brown ( you can add more butter ). If you want more just soak more bread in the mixture until it’s finished. You can also add vanilla extract in the mixture. If you don’t want to wait just cut the bread in little pieces and soak all of it in the mixture and cook all the pieces together ( don’t forget to mix regularly and to add butter )

no, once one side is light brown (or how you like it), turn it over to cook the other side (if you want you can add more butter but it isn’t necessary)

I made exactly but with 4 breads for 2 people. The egg mixture was enough without having to double. Never had french toast without the crust before but the little crispie sweet crusts were so gooood

I usually fry leftover bread with salted buttter and coat with garlic spicy sauce. It get along well as additional with mash potato, burger without bun and steak. :)

Aqui no Brasil se chama rabanada. Uma sugestão: coloque na mistura do leite com o ovo umas raspas de noz moscada. Há, pode se fazer com pão comum (tipo baguete).

I've never seen French toast made like that, with 2 slices of bread. I think it would be yummy if you put something between the 2 pieces, like some sweetened ricotta or berries! I'm going to experiment and see how it turns out. 😋

you can put a bit more sugar, caramel, and it also goes well with chocolate. You can also add butter or jam.
