Insta360 Flow, 360 Panorama NOT!

The Insta 360 Flow has some good qualities but don't by it for the 360 capabilities (or lack thereof)

You can select the option in the app to save the original full resolution photos

can you show me please some examples? i have a x3 360 but i am thinking if i could just use the flow for fast videoclips and for 360 panos
