Could you make a video of this working with DR and with TV's/monitors rather than house projecting? I can't project onto my but I do use TV's in a few of my windows so I'd be curious to see if/how I might use this with my set up
I have a couple of tv/monitors, so i probably could show how to do it. It'd be more or less the same process. If you have a video, it'll split it between the monitors. Would you be editing the video to place the separate videos where you want? Or would you need more plug and play?
@@BairdManor what I'd like to do is say have Santa start on one monitor ( like he's in my house ) and then walk off that one and appear on the other
During the mapping, is it necessary for the two projector white images to be in seam or it may overlap one another? How will it affect the show if during the mapping, the images overlap? Thank you.
I think overlapping should be fine. As long as you put the projectors in precisely the same spot as the map was traced

I tried... overlapping during the mapping will not work! During the mapping the images of two projectors should be in seam, just like what we see in the wall TVs. Have you tried a show with overlapping images during the mapping?

I am using Davinci Resolve. I put two 1920x1080 together on a custom 3840x1080and they seem good but in VLC if I run it full screen it only uses one monitor and only stretches width to fit and shrinks the top to bottom to match the correct aspect. When I don't do full screen I can stretch it to occupy two monitors and it is correct but it shows the video controls and frame. How do I make it fill 4 monitors and not use the frame of VLC or other video players.
Interesting... i haven't tried that yet with VLC. I can try to replicate it.
