    As a Muay Thai fighter, I would do that when I'm trying a new skill, it looks very effective and helpful. Though I had a fight in school, I used my elbow and cracked the bully's foot joints. It's way more better in street fights or whatever type of fights that has no rules, but if you're fighting in the UFC rink then it's obviously a foul.

    Great technique, maybe stepping to the left first before you catch the kick so the full impact of the kick doesn’t hurt?

    Is to the thigh 🍗 to hurt the 🦵 quads. Will Be More, simple effective and accurate. That's the effect of Muay Boran 👀. Keep the good work 👍 going 💪🏿. 🙏🏾Ozz!.

    This is good but it wouldn't work for me I ain't as strong as I look because of my health & I am begginer
